He lives on a boat and has a shack next to the creek. He also has these two vehicles and two motor bikes. He walks around abusing others in the boat yard, taking photos of everyone and everything, threatening (and at times physically attacking) one of the other 'residents'. He first had six yorkshire terriers for many years, then he moved onto having 7 honking, pooping geese.

I can't wait to see him gone!!!
