http://abbeytournament.comBrisbane's biggest Medieval Fair. Whilst it can't compare to Landshut (even the "castle" is only a single-wall facade), it was big, colourful and very interesting.
There were 38 re-enactment groups participating. They represented people from 5 centuries and many different localities. Most of them had a sign explaining who/what/when, and they were all very happy to share their interest and knowledge.
Next year, we hope to go for both days so we can spend more time properly enjoying the many activities and displays.
